A bold and rooted cuisine
To cook wild plants and product from my terroir has always been the conductive wire of my cuisine: pay tribute to the Savoie that built my character and made me grow!
Through my preparations, my wish is to create an emotion, encourage to travel, help people live a sensory experience: a half way between the lake – a new territory of expression for my cuisine – and the mountain – the one that inhabits me since the first day.
Meal served from 12H15pm to 1H30pm and from 7H15pm to 9H30pm
Restaurant closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday.
Open everyday in July and August.
