L’Auberge du Père Bise is a mythical establishment : its soul, traditions and history resonates between its walls. Why the Bistrot ? I’ve been asked many times.
First of all, to keep the Père Bise’s imprint and many of his recipes, revisited. Also, it is all because a Bistrot takes you back to this family cuisine that I hold dear : a place where parents and children are gathered around table and share a meal full of treats.
Lunch : 12pm to 2H30pm Diner : 7pm to 10pm
Le 1903 – Bistrot is open everyday – closed on sunday nights and on mondays from the 17th of september.
